Returns and Refunds for Suspected Defective Products

If you suspect that you have received a damaged or defective product within the stated warranty period, please contact us via email immediately and discontinue any further use of the product.

To initiate the return process:

  2. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on returning the defective item to our base for thorough testing and assessment.

Assessment and Resolution:

  • Upon receipt of the returned item, our technicians will conduct comprehensive testing to determine the nature of the issue.

  • If it is confirmed that the product is defective and not damaged due to misuse, we will provide a replacement product at no cost to you.

  • Please note that voltage fluctuation between cells in the upper or lower knees of the charge/discharge curve is not considered a valid warranty claim unless determined otherwise by our technical team.
